Little Red Riding Hood

Stories have been retold for many generations and fairytales seem to be one of the more common types of stories being retold. Through each retelling, fairytales seem to have consistencies such as character traits, setting and even similar events that occur. These similarities come from stories being composed with related structures that create the base for the fairytales to be easily identifiable. In this book, there are four different versions of the fairytale “Little Red Riding Hood”. The first version is a contemporary take on the fairytale that I wrote to show how much of the classic tale was needed for the reader to realize that it was the same story. The other three are some of the popular older versions of the story.
